After a few brief acknowledgements are completed, you may place a charge to your debit or credit card. We accept debit cards, Visa,^® Mastercard,^® or Discover.^® Upon receipt of your advance deposit, we will continue processing your application.

I acknowledge that I have received the Loan Estimate and other applicable disclosures as referenced in the document titled “Mortgage Disclosure Acknowledgement and Intent to Proceed.”

I acknowledge that I have not paid any fee in connection with my application prior to receiving the disclosures.
