Answers to Common Questions About Mobile Deposit through ONE Wallet Digital Banking 

Who is eligible for Mobile Deposit?

Customers who have ONE Wallet digital banking are eligible for Mobile Deposit. Restrictions may apply based on past utilization of the account. Minors are not eligible for Mobile Deposit.

What types of checks can I deposit with Mobile Deposit?
Most domestic checks can be processed through Mobile Deposit. We are unable to accept money orders, counter checks, foreign items, savings bonds, or third- party checks through Mobile Deposit.
When will the funds be available in the account?
Transactions entered after 8 pm (ET) will be considered for deposit the following business day. Approved deposits made through Mobile Deposit generally will be available between the first and second business day after the deposit; however, we may apply additional delays on the availability of funds based on any other factors determined by Independent Bank at our discretion.
Can I deposit multiple checks at once?
Yes, you can deposit multiple checks in the same session, but each check must be deposited individually.
How do I deposit a check with Mobile Deposit?
1. Sign Up for ONE Wallet Digital Banking on the App or Via a Web Browser
    Ensure you're enrolled in ONE Wallet to use the Mobile Deposit feature. Access the app through your iPhone or Android device. 
2.. Select Mobile Deposit 
    Navigate to the "Deposit" option from the app menu. 
3. Capture the Check Images and Fill in the Required Information 
    Photograph both the front and back of your check, making sure to endorse it with “For Mobile Deposit Only at Independent Bank.” 
4. Submit the Deposit 
    Follow the on-screen instructions and submit your check for deposit.
