Answers to Common Questions About ONE Wallet Digital Banking

How do I enroll in eStatements?
You can enroll in eStatements by logging into ONE Wallet digital banking and selecting eServices, and then Documents.
How do I transfer money to someone else?
There are multiple ways to transfer money to someone else, including Zelle® and Bill Pay within ONE Wallet digital banking.
How can I send money to myself?
Using our External Transfer feature, you can send funds to your accounts at other financial institutions.
Why am I seeing two different balances?
"Current Balance” shows your balance as of the close of the most recent business day. “Available Balance” includes transactions that have not fully settled yet, including recent debit card authorizations, transfers, and direct deposits. Spending more than your available balance may result in fees. 
How do I make a mobile deposit?
Customers who have ONE Wallet digital banking are eligible for Mobile Deposit. Restrictions may apply based on past utilization of the account. Minors are not eligible for Mobile Deposit.
If I only have a loan, can I still enroll in ONE Wallet digital banking?
Yes, ONE Wallet can be used to view loan details and documents.
Are my tax documents accessible online?
Tax documents, notices, and other forms are available within ONE Wallet digital banking.
