  • Borrower’s qualifying income is at or below 120% of Oakland County’s Area Median Income (AMI)
  • Borrower(s) must complete pre-purchase counseling
  • Independent Bank is providing the financing for the purchase
  • Borrower(s) must contribute a minimum of $1,000 in personal funds toward the purchase
