Independent Bank SVP, Michael Stodolak elected to serve on Board of Directors for National Marine Lenders Association

Independent Bank Market President – Bay Region, Michael Stodolak was recently elected to serve as a Director of the National Marine Lenders Association (NMLA).

Stodolak has worked in the Great Lakes Bay Region for over 34 years, the last 21 years with Independent Bank. He has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Western Michigan University, with a major in Accounting and a minor in Economics and Business Administration.

He is very active in the community, and serves on many foundation and non-profit boards. He currently serves on the Graduate School of Banking (Madison, Wisconsin) Banker’s Advisory Board, Saginaw Valley State University School of Business Advisory Board, and the Michigan Chamber of Commerce Tax Policy Committee.
