Independent Bank was recently named one of the World’s Best Banks by Forbes magazine for 2024. Forbes partnered with market research firm, Statista, to survey more than 49,000 banking customers from 33 countries.
Survey participants rated banks on criteria such as overall customer service, digital services, terms and conditions, financial advice, and trust. The banks with the highest final scores in their countries made the final list. This year, only 403 banks around the globe were selected as the World’s Best Banks. Independent Bank made the list, ranking 45 in the world.
