Located in Grand Rapids, Theron Barbour joined Independent Bank in 2020. He has over 15 years of commercial banking experience. Theron specializes in Commercial and Industrial lending, as well as commercial real estate. He received his Bachelors in Finance from Michigan State University and MBA from Western Michigan University. He is a past President of the West Michigan Spartans (local MSU Alumni Chapter), serves on a variety of committees and volunteers with several other nonprofit organizations throughout West Michigan. He also enjoys coaching youth sports.
