What do I need to open a business account?
  • All applicant(s) will need to provide their Social Security number, date of birth, occupation, and physical address. Applicant(s) must be an authorized officer of the business and a U.S. resident.
  • The business should be legally formed in the U.S. and have operations in Michigan.
  • The applicant(s) will need to provide the legal business name, address, business tax ID number, the date the business was established, as well as any supplemental business documents requested.
Will I be able to request a debit card with my business account?

Yes, a free business debit card is included with your account.

What are the monthly fees for Business Flex Checking?
The monthly fee is $15.
What is the Monthly Per Item Fee (Checks/Paid Debits, Deposits/Credits, Deposited Items)?
  • Checks paid/debits: $0.25 per item 
  • Deposits/credits: $0.50 per item 
  • Deposited items: $0.15 per item 
  • ACH Debits/Credits: $0.15 per item 
  • Coin/Currency deposited monthly: $1.00 per $1,000 Cash Deposited
Is this account right for my business size?
Business Flex Checking is ideal for customers that keep a larger balance and want a larger return.

*Subject to 1099-INT reporting. Offer paid out within 120 calendar days of qualification for each individual bonus. Valid for new checking account customers only.
