Independent Bank is proud to announce that it received the Great Place to Work® certification for 2024. This is the second consecutive year that Independent Bank has received this recognition. With over 800 employees, 88% said that Independent Bank is a great place to work. This compares to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
Employees stated that they were most happy with the people, community, culture, and opportunities available at Independent Bank. 94% of employees reported that they were made to feel welcome when joining the company, and 91% said that people care about each other at the Bank. 89% of employees felt that management is competent, honest, and ethical in its business practices, and 91% were proud to tell others that they work for Independent Bank.
