Independent Bank Receives Great Place to Work® Certification for 2023

Independent Bank is proud to announce that it received the Great Place to Work^® certification for 2023. With just over 900 employees, 92% said that Independent Bank is a great place to work. This compares to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
