In 2021, to provide our customers with a better banking experience, Independent Bank completed a core conversion, moving core providers. With this transition, the capabilities of our Online and Mobile Banking options for both personal and business customers increased significantly, allowing a more digital-friendly banking experience.

Throughout the year, Independent Bank sends Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to customers in all business units—retail, business, consumer loan, commercial, mortgage, etc. These surveys are designed to be simple and quick, while also providing customers an outlet to vocalize any concerns, and thus, help us work to make their banking experience even better.
